We work together with our users through observation, interviews, and field research, making them part of the solution process. Our team defines critical benefits to our end users, constructs prototypes, and evaluates product designs considering unmet user needs, durability, materials, and manufacturing processes. Working cross functionally, we perform a wide variety of engineering and design tasks including translating user observations to insights, employing proven ideation techniques, 3D modeling and mathematical simulation, and rapid prototype development.

      You’ll execute EXTREME OWNERSHIP through these duties and responsibilities:

      • Drive small, low-complexity projects
      • Monitor and ensure tools and processes are stable.
      • Effectively diagnose and propose solutions for technical issues in DevOps infrastructure.
      • Analyze data.
      • Acquire knowledge and maintain an understanding of Milwaukee Tool’s development and verification processes.
       

       The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: 

      • Pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field. 
      • Familiarity with Git
      • Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, Go, or other scripting languages.
      • Good problem-solving skills and interest in automation and effective processes.
      • Self-motivated, organized, efficient, process-oriented with a strong work ethic.

       Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: 


      • Experience with software/firmware development and/or verification
      • Familiarity with DevOps, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
      • Familiarity with cloud technology
