      Your Role on Our Team

      As the Talent Management Intern, you will be excited by the variety of work and thrive in a tremendously fast-paced environment. You’ll build collaborative relationships across multiple levels of the organization and provide key support to the success of our Talent initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to strategic HR, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development — all while being mentored by experienced professionals who are passionate about growing leaders.

      You'll execute EXTREME OWNERSHIP through these duties and responsibilities:

      • Help organize and analyze Talent data, dashboards, and reports — including turnover trends, talent movement, and workforce health indicators.
      • Assist in developing tools and materials for leadership development, career progression, and engagement programming.
      • Contribute to the creation of communications and recognition materials (e.g., Culture Coins, Years of Impact, internal spotlights).
      • Conduct research on talent and development best practices and contribute ideas to evolve internal strategies.
      • Partner with Talent Leaders to support leader onboarding, associate development journeys, investigations, and change initiatives.
      • Provide project coordination and administrative support for ongoing and new Talent initiatives.

      The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
      • Strong interest in Talent Development, Strategic HR, or Employee Engagement.
      • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a high-energy team environment.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects, pivot quickly, and maintain attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
      • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
