      The TOOLS you’ll need to have:

      • Collaborate with related technology staff to ensure smooth and reliable day-to-day operation of systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes and provide on-call tier one end-user system support.  
      • Assist with hardware and operating system implementation and Support for servers and storage systems for local and remote sites. 
      • Ability to structure a large amount of information into detailed business requirements documentation by applying analysis methodologies and using documentation tools: process flows, data analysis, business use cases and user stories 
      • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records. 
      • Ability to use customer-services oriented techniques to determine and resolve problems and respond competently with the appropriate sense of urgency to customer requests.  
      • Provide support for enterprise systems including but not limited to: 
        • Windows and Linux Operating Systems 
        • Active Directory 
        • Network File Shares 
        • Backup Technologies  
        • Azure 
        • DNS and DHCP 
        • Microsoft 365 Suite 

       

      The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

      • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 
      • Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication 
      • Solid analytical and technical skills required 
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments 
      • Must be self-motivated and able to work with basic direction
