What You’ll Experience:
- Work alongside a powerhouse of over 60 industrial designers
- Work on real projects that go to market and genuinely improve the lives of our users
- Partner with your personal mentor to help you grow as a professional Industrial Designer
- Experience our hands on user focused design process
- Enjoy team outings and social events that build connections
You'll execute EXTREME OWNERSHIP through these duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to a dynamic design environment, supporting multiple projects at different stages
- Engage in projects from initial sketches through to production
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Partner with fellow designers to develop ideas through 2D sketching, study models, and 3D CAD
- Explore ergonomic solutions with study models and mock-ups
- Help communicate design intent to engineering and marketing teams
- Assist in preparing and sharing presentations with multidisciplinary teams
The tools you’ll bring with you:
- Currently pursuing a BS, BA or BFA in Industrial Design
- A dynamic portfolio showcasing your design process through visual thinking, ideation, renderings, storyboards, and CAD modeling
- Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability in managing several projects
- Clear and effective communicator
- Portfolio and resume submitted with your application
