We work together with our users through observation, interviews, and field research, making them part of the solution process. Our team defines critical benefits to our end users, constructs prototypes, and evaluates product designs considering unmet user needs, durability, materials, and manufacturing processes. Working cross functionally, we perform a wide variety of engineering and design tasks including translating user observations to insights, employing proven ideation techniques, 3D modeling and mathematical simulation, and rapid prototype development.

      The TOOLS you’ll need to have: 

      • The primary role of this position is to work while gaining experience in Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) prototype environment using the latest software and machining technology, in support of new product development.  

      • Learn to setup, program, and operate Selective Laser Sinter (SLS), Selective Laser Apparatus (SLA) Fused Deposition (FDM), Polyjet and Metal Printing (DMLS)  

      • Gain exposure with a variety of 3D Printers using the latest, Materialize and proprietary software to analysis, setup and create builds.   

      • The perfect candidate will have a passion for 3D Printing and is interested in a long-term career in this field  

       

      What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:  

      • High School Diploma or equivalent.  

      • Enrolled in a technical school, trade specific, is a plus.  

      • An individual that is self-motivated, team player, creative, and a self-thinker.
